5. Prohibited Conduct and Content

Depicts or suggests minors/underage persons (real, animated, AI-generated, “barely legal,” loli/shota, etc.) — zero tolerance;
Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
Involves non-consensual acts, revenge porn, hidden cameras, or deepfakes of real persons without consent;
Involves bestiality, necrophilia, snuff, extreme gore in a sexual context;
Promotes or depicts actual incest;
Violates obscenity laws under applicable standards (e.g., Miller test);
Contains malware, viruses, scams, phishing, or commercial spam);
Doxxes individuals or leaks private information;
Harasses, threatens, or incites violence.

We actively monitor for and report suspected illegal content to law enforcement.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, review, remove, or disable access to any User Content.
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary/permanent bans, IP blocks, or legal referral — decisions are final.

No refunds for paid features (if any) upon termination.

7. DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

8. No 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Records Custodian
